I’m not just your average graphic designer sipping coffee behind a desk making the layout look purdy. I’m an artist. Combine the two skills and it’s a whirlwind of creative goodness! I’ll still take that coffee tho!

I’m a firm believer in creativity starting from within. Whether it’s a logo design or a craft beer label, the vision starts with an idea. A creative thought that is put on paper first. The computer is just a tool for me to polish my ideas. Good design isn’t a one-click process. It isn’t an app. And it is certainly not a template. It’s a custom and unique ability and talent.
I’m passionate about ink illustrating. My process begins with a pencil sketch, hand inked lines and ends with digital coloring in Photoshop. HOOT is a creative studio that combines the art of graphic design and illustration.
